About the Awareness Walk
Michigan for Vaccine Choice is hosting their third annual Vaccine Injury Awareness Walk on Sunday, October 16 from 1 to 5 PM at Millennium Park in Walker, Michigan and near to the cities of Grand Rapids, Grandville and Wyoming, Michigan.
The stories of vaccine injury are real and the victims should not have to suffer in silence. We're asking everyone to bring their stories into the light. Will you join us?
Are you coming in from out of town?
We've gathered a listing of local hotels here.
All Are Welcome!
Walkers will include members of our community who have either experienced a vaccine injury or witnessed one in a family member, friend, or coworker. There will be moms, dads, grandparents, children of all ages, teachers, healthcare professionals, administrators and anyone in favor of vaccine safety and vaccine choice.
Sunday, October 16 from 1 to 5 PM at Millennium Park in Walker, Michigan and near to the cities of Grand Rapids, Grandville and Wyoming.
Adult Registration remains open and costs $20. You can register in advance of the walk or at the walk itself. We regret that our adult registrants are no longer eligible to receive a free t-shirt due to printing deadlines. We still want to see you there, so please come on out!
Child Registrations are FREE!
We plan to walk rain or shine. But in the event of severe or dangerous weather that requires cancellation, there are no refunds.
Walk participants who registered by October 11 will still receive their t-shirts. Thank you!
