Jacob was a vibrant healthy one year old baby before his 12 month "well baby" visit. Jacob was talking, smiling and running around the office that afternoon. Jacob received the MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B vaccines.
Jacob stopped laughing and smiling. He had involuntary movements of his head and neck. He would fall again and again when he was able to stand before. He was taken to a neurologist and his vaccine reaction was confirmed.
The series of events that followed are tragic, leaving pain, heartache, and suffering for a once healthy little boy. You will weep hearing Jacob's story told by his mother, Shelby.
